Genuinely Your Own Hair Reve21 (Headquarters: Chuo-ku, Osaka; President and CEO: Katsumasa Okamura; hereinafter referred to as Reve21) has announced the 10 winners of the “24th Hair Regrowth Japan Championship” conducted from August 2024. Opera singer Mr. Masaru Oki (60 years old/pseudonym) was selected as the Hair Regrowth Champion of Japan.

The “Hair Regrowth Japan Championship” has been held annually since 2001 by Hair Clinic Reve21, with the concept of “wanting people who are suffering from hair loss to experience the joy of hair regrowth.”
This year, the 24th championship received numerous entries nationwide, with 58 candidates selected through document screening participating in the final competition. The champion was determined through final judging considering hair regrowth conditions, personal episodes, and web voting results.

As an opera singer, stage preparations usually involved preparing wigs for me. However, since my hair has grown back, wigs are no longer prepared for me! Now I want to challenge various roles using my own hair.
